Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using selvera.ai (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site. The Site is intended for business and professional users; it is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Selvera Studio ("Selvera," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Coding Fox AI LLC, is an AI design studio. The Site is a marketing and informational property that lets visitors learn about and inquire into our offerings:

• AI Product Design & Development (custom, fixed-scope engagements)
• Enterprise AI Consulting (workflow automation, AI readiness, training data strategy)
• AI Security Assessment (adversarial testing, powered by our Segni product)
• Executive & Enterprise AI Training (certification tracks)

The Site does not provide access to any Selvera software application or paid service. Each Selvera product or engagement is governed by its own separate terms or agreement, as described in Section 3.

3. Site Terms vs. Engagement Terms

Information provided on the Site about pricing, scope, deliverables, or timelines is illustrative and non-binding. Binding commitments arise only on execution of a written agreement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, or facilitate illegal activity
• Submit false, misleading, or deceptive information through any form on the Site
• Transmit spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial communications
• Gain unauthorized access to the Site or any related systems
• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots without our prior written consent
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Disrupt, interfere with, or degrade the operation of the Site
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any Site code, design, or content other than as expressly permitted under applicable law
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without our prior written consent; authorized security testing is governed by Section 8 below

5. Intellectual Property

Site Content.All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, structured data, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of Coding Fox AI LLC or its licensors, and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your personal or internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, store, or transmit any material from the Site without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

Trademarks."Selvera," "Selvera Studio," and the Selvera mark are trademarks of Coding Fox AI LLC. Other names, logos, and marks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

6. User Submissions

When you submit information through our contact form, newsletter form, or any other form on the Site, you represent that:

• The information is accurate, current, and complete;
• You have the right to provide it; and
• You consent to our use of it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Non-Confidentiality of Unsolicited Submissions. Unless agreed in writing in advance, any information you voluntarily submit through the Site (including ideas, feedback, suggestions, or business proposals) is treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. We may use, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works from such submissions for any lawful business purpose, without attribution or compensation. Do not submit confidential information through Site forms; if you wish to share confidential information, contact us at legal@selvera.ai to execute a non-disclosure agreement first.

You may request deletion of your contact-form submission at any time by emailing privacy@selvera.ai.

7. Third-Party Services

The Site uses third-party service providers to operate. As of the effective date, these include:

• Vercel, Inc. — hosting, content delivery, and cookieless analytics
• Google LLC — Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager (consent-based; loaded only with your consent)

Each provider operates under its own terms and privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy for additional detail on how these providers process data.

8. AI Disclaimer

Selvera designs, builds, and trains on AI systems. You should be aware:

• Any AI-generated content embedded in Site materials (case studies, blog posts, examples) has been reviewed by a human, but AI outputs can contain errors, hallucinations, or material omissions.
• Selvera does not warrant that any AI system, including those described on the Site, is exhaustive, infallible, or fit for a particular purpose.
• Adversarial security assessments performed by Selvera (under separate SOW) carry warranty exclusions defined in the engagement; no security assessment can guarantee discovery of all vulnerabilities.
• Authorized vulnerability research on Site infrastructure is welcomed under our responsible disclosure process; contact legal@selvera.ai before testing.

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, AND THE SITE MAY BE TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE FOR MAINTENANCE, UPDATES, OR OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CODING FOX AI LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).

Liability arising from a Selvera engagement is governed exclusively by the MSA or SOW for that engagement and is not subject to the cap above.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coding Fox AI LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Site; or (c) your violation of any law or of any third party's rights.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have under your local law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and post a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Selvera regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements relating to the Site (excluding any signed MSA or SOW between Selvera and a client, which controls within its scope).
